The process of server setups is very simple with QualitativeServers. The following steps are taken to ensure your server setup is provided to high standards. Please note only one setup is worked on at a time, this is to ensure the best quality we can provide.
- One-on-One discussions with a representative to ensure we have your server setup specification.
- 50% Down Payment (We keep this if you cancel | Refunds are only given at QualitativeServers' discretion).
- Your setup specification is passed to our team where we will ensure all the aspects of the specification are completed to high standards.
- You will be informed of updates, and news regarding your setup (You may also request this information).
- Setup completion. The setup is complete and awaiting your approval.
- The final 50% is paid for your server setup and we hand over the product.
- Starting from the time of setup transfer, you will be given one week to report any bugs or issues back to the QualitativeServers team. After that week, QualitativeServers will no longer be liable for your setup.
Terms Of Service
Upon QualitativeServers' providing their services, all terms & conditions are put in place. By ordering from QualitativeServers' you agree to the below terms.
Disclaimer: The use of the terms "us", "we", "our", "QualitativeServers" and "I" are alternative terms referring to the QualitativeServers identity.
1 - Financial Terms
- All sales are final.
- The client pays 50% before services are provided, and the final 50% after service completion.
- The 50% down payment is non-refundable. This is to ensure QualitativeServers do not suffer revenue loss due to time wasted.
- Reselling a setup is prohibited. You must have resell rights from an owner of QualitativeServers (Dominick).
- You have 7 days, after setup transfer, to inform us of bugs/errors. These will be fixed if reported within the 7 day grace period.
- QualitativeServers are not liable for any errors/bugs found on your server 7 days after the setup transfer.
- Minor changes can be requested, at no additional cost. These do not include new plugins, configurations, plugins, maps or any other type of additional features.
- A server setup may be declined at the discretion of QualitativeServers representatives.
- Our services are not provided on the clients FTP or console. Unless the full fee is paid in advance.
- Chargebacks/disputes (win or lose) will lead to a release of the client's setup files, along with a scam report being filed.
- Terms are subject to change at any time. It is the your responsibility to ensure you are up-to-date with any changes.
- You agree to all of these terms upon ordering services from us.
