My staff experience is extraordinary. I have played minecraft for around 5 years now. It has almost become a part of my life. I'm on every day for about an hour. For other servers experience wise I was a Sr. Mod on a server that got around 250 unique joins a day. I later resigned from that server to further pursue my dream of running and owning a server. We never even opened it was pretty much a fail. I wouldn't really call it a fail maybe just a big learning experience. I actually learned a lot of skills from that server. After that I spend all my time finding bugs and reporting them to loki and the mods. On my free time on on the forums answering questions and supporting people. I was recently offered a job at KaratPvP they get around 1000 unique joins a day. I turned it down to keep my focus on finding other Community Management jobs. After that, I continued into the business world, and I owned a company that I later quit off of due to my addiction of gaming. I then looked for a new position to look at. I attended Gamecon, and I am planning on going to go to Minecon this year. I was the Community Manager for a small server with about 300 unique joins a day. It was called TrinityPvP. I was then hired as a Community Manager at Aphibo network. That brings me to around now. I just have fun on different servers and if people are spamming I will ask them politely to stop. I am also very active on the forums of any server. I answer questions on pages. I am the most helpful and useful person to have around in the community. I am willing to help and have a really good can do attitude.
My job and responsibilities as a Community Manager.
My duties as a Community Manager.
One of my strengths would definitely be my Bug testing capabilities, I have a knack for noticing errors. If there is something wrong I will find it before it gets released to the entire public. This is a good skill to have for me because I can also assist the developer(s) with this besides my other duties as a Community Manager.
I can also help with custom enchantments and designing/creating them. They are probably one of the leaders in failures with bugs. I took time to learn about different useful minecraft developing tasks and features for my own good, and to assist and acclimate to any community setting I am put in.
Thank you all for the interest. If you are interested in my offer please message me here on MC-Market or email me at [email protected] or you may add me on skype at Tricks4Days. I look forward to working with anyone that chooses to accept my offer. Thank you!
