Quality / Render Help. (Paying)

Hello. I have been trying to fix my Renders & Quality for my youtube channel for three days now. I have no clue what is wrong. When I record its not HD. I have some recordings of what the best I can do atm. I have a 1070 Graphics card. 144hz Monitor. i5 processor. 16gb ram. 200+ fps while recording. I will be paying if someone solves the problem with the blurry niss.

Not going to lie, the clip you showed us didn't really seem to be bad quality or blurry.
Maybe I'm just blind but the video looks fine.

I really don't notice. Maybe it's because they use a texture pack and that changes how I personally think of a video.
Anyways, I don't really know how to help. When I used to record I didn't do anything to get higher quality in resolution/HD I liked where I was.
