I am here today to recruit staff members onto a brand new server which is soon to release. We are a skyblock server, which plan to further expand to different gamemodes once the server becomes more popular!We are expect to release in a couple of weeks with players base of 50-100

I am here today to recruit staff members which will not only help manage the community but also with the server! We are recruiting the following staff members and I will keep this updated every time a position is filled.

One thing I noticed is that you have 4 owners, and one of them is called a "co-owner." What's the difference between a co-owner and an owner, and more importantly, why are there 4 of them? Who's first in chain of command?

I would maybe understand if there was 1 "owner", and 3 "co-owners", or just 4 "owners" but the one lonely "co-owner" is seriously throwing me off. Who runs the thing? Who pays for it? Who listens to who?
