I heard a story of a woman pretending to have the virus in a grocery store and she was telling people that, coughing on food, licking food that was there. They had to throw away multiple tens of thousands of dollars worth of food for people's safety and she got locked up. Things like this are things you definitely should not do... Watching tv, exercising, listening to music are good things to stay entertained.
Just do lots of exercise, set a daily goal and beat it weekly even if it's just by 1 or 2 repetitions.
Doing push ups is effective and easy, Daily goals (eg. 50 push ups per day minimum) and Set goals (eg. 1 set of 10 push ups in a row every hour)
