Can a OVH MC-32 Dedicated server can run a Network of 4 servers?

Depends on what your doning on your network, playerbase etc

Its all dependnt on how many players you will have online and what plugins you're using. That dedi should be able to deal with around 200 players. Maybe a few more, maybe less depending on what plugins and gamemode your servers are. For example a 100pb factions server is more resource demanding than a 100pb prison. With prisons most of the time players are in the same areas (mines) (Less chunks to load) and you dont tend to see people building huge tnt cannons. But assuming your servers are fairly standard in terms of resource consumption, you're looking at around 200 players with that dedi.
