Question about Builds

If someone Builds something on your server then leaves months later are they allowed to make you remove the build from the server? I was under the impression no matter what the reason if built on your server the build then belongs to you as long as you have credit to author on it. (Such as a sign with created by: name)

Do you have a TOS for your server somewhere? (Forums, Website, Etc.)
Usually you would outline the rights of those using your server in your TOS.

Are you selling the map with the build, or the schematic for that build?

No just transfered the build to my other server. Also no TOS on builds in the server

Karagra Did you have a previous deal with them that outlined their rights to the build?
I would get a TOS so you can refer to it in the future to avoid situations like this.

They were just staff who left after a while. Staff who built while staffing and or pasting in builds.

I would say they are yours to do with what you please. There was no outlined TOS on either side, and you own the server and everything within it. Sounds like they are just being spiteful. That being said, get yourself a decent TOS. There are plenty out there for free, or have someone on here write you up a nice TOS and make sure it's on your forums/website.
