Okay, so I found a server that is the EXACT copy of another server. It has the same ranks, spawn, rank prefixes, A-Z prices, buycraft prices, permissions, etc. I was wondering if this was legal. Can the person who copied the server really be sued by the original creators? Do the owners of the original server have "copyright" for their server contents and stuff? I'm not good with any of this stuff, but I heard that they could be sued if the original owners found out... Can someone please tell me if this is true or not?

If they were legally registered, and have actually copyrighted things, then sure.
Although, this is a video game, not many servers, if any at all, take other servers to court. Also, as the Minecraft community progresses, there isn't really anything that is exclusive.
It's just like the original creator of a factions server suing other servers who use that plugin, or if they've duplicated that server.
It also depends on the country both servers are located in.
