What are the most easy to spot symtoms of Depression?​

The issue really is that the doctors are unavailable for this stuff at the moment. Making a apointment takes so long for them to see me. I thought maybe on MC-Market they had some answers due the fact of there being quite alot of people on here.

with current events there are a shit load of people who are spiraling into a depressive state. I know it's hard and much easier said than done but try your best to eat well, get exercise, and in general just take care of yourself. Go on walks... Talk to people... Stop playing so many video games... Find some hobbies... it will very likely get better.

and like everyone else is saying, mental health is important, there's no reason to listen to armchair doctors like myself. Go talk to a real doctor

for me if i don't talk to people (my parents in specific)

boom... depression has been neutralized

One thing I can't stress enough if you're depressed is just hit up your friends and talk to them. Try and hang out. Get out, talk to people.. Sometimes I take walks whenever I'm feeling down. Anything I can do to get my body into another place and away from what was triggering that depressive state is the best thing to do. Many people on this forum have depression, but they don't have a voice for themselves to do anything about it.

To those reading whom are depressed, severely depressed, or whatever putting you down. Maybe finding help might cause too much anxiety and stress and you believe it might get worse because people might "put you down". But please make that first small step for to help yourself. You'll be here tomorrow.. and the next day. Those around you love you, but you may not see it until a time of critical need. Try pushing a friend's boundary and ask them for small advice and then build into it.

I've had severe depression for quite some time now and I believe that I am the only one who can fix it, but yet I am the cause of it. Sometimes I feel like absolute shit for juggling emotions and and playing pretend. But I know that I have a bigger brother that loves me and I am pushing through life to show him I can do it.. Do I want to talk to someone about it professionally maybe? Yes. But I don't have anyone to talk to.. I use my friend's to distract my brain as much as I can. I do everything I can effortlessly to help better myself and my situation. Someday's I feel like things are going green until they flip.. other days it's all fine. My depression has been going for two years and yes sometimes I just want to, get away from it.. But I know that's never the answer and I will strive for a better way before I ever make a decision like that.

Just know, there's someone out there that loves you <3
Someone out there who will put their whole life on the line for you..
Someone out there who will never give up on you..
Don't give up on yourself. <3
