Question about hosting

I'm facing a big issue with my server with an exploiter. I currently use EnviroMC [For Host] & Infinity Filter [For DDos Protection | Used for UDP + TCP Protection]
He's threatening me and saying that there might be an rce exploit on enviromc he can use to access my files. I wanted to ask the community personally if this was possible. He has 0 access to anything on my server & 0 plugins ect on the server. Please do not say something random just to get me to join your hosting service. !Void#7460

In my case, I would first contact the host and attach the screenshot, if there's a vulnerability in their systems then this would serve as a report + they'll be able to help you with securing the server.
I'm not here to sell any services, but if you want to move to another provider, I would suggest either PloxHost or DedicatedMC, as I haven't heard of any security issues with their systems.

Would I still have this issue If I ran on a dedicated server? As I'm not sharing a shared node?

I highly doubt it's an issue with EnviroMC. I've heard they're very reliable. Perhaps contact them as I'm sure there is nothing to worry about. Also, doesn't EnviroMC use Path DDoS protection, is there a particular reason you use Infinity?

If you know how to secure a server (or have someone to do it for you) then sure, but keep in mind that you would have to do everything yourself using a command line (SSH).

Still, your best chance would be to contact Enviro directly and see what's going on, it's most likely a scam, and they're just trying to scare you.
