Question About Partnering With A Youtuber.

If I were to partner my server with a youtuber such as mineplex partnering with captainsparklez, what would be the costs, pros, cons, etc. I want to know if I would have to give them like a % of donations, or a set amount of pay. I would like to know how often they would do videos and such. Just some details like that. Maybe what commands I would have to trust them with. Any other questions you think I might have would also be helpful. My server is this: https://www.mc-market.org/threads/13006/ if anyone would actually be interested, and would propose an offer. I would probably get the youtuber to get people excited about release, and then have a grand release and things. Those are just some ideas though. Thanks

Yeah I was thinking on good ways to advertise so I thought this might be a cool option. I mean I just need a YouTuber to maybe help me kick off or keep a stable player base not get me thousands of people.

It would cost bling bling ching out of your pocket. No really depends on views he gets and subs he has ...

Tried doing this before and it didn't work out well, because the YT'r wanted a bigger percentage after server became bigger and threatened to tell all his viewers to leave if I didn't follow through.
If you partner, they have some kind of leverage over you, especially if most of your playerbase is their viewers.

Your pros are that you're not losing anything except a % cut, which you wont notice as much as $x for a video. Disadvantage is that the viewers will get bored of your server videos, and so will the youtuber and then it'll be very in-effective where it will be very effective to begin with.

Correct.
As server was starting, the server did well for the first month or so.
Later on, his videos on the server started getting a decline on views when compared to other types of videos.
