Hey! If you sign up for paypal you would have to lie about your age, which means it wont match up to anyone when paypal compares it to a government database, which means they'll put a restriction on your account.

Your best bet would be to sign up for a personal paypal, use your information in every field, when they ask your dob use your actual day and month, but swap the year to make yourself above 18. When you do this, sometimes paypals security system will be flag it to require just an SSN card to remove your account limitation (other times it requires an ID aswell which could give away your DOB. ).

Its smarter to just ask your parents to sign you up for a business paypal :tup:

No. Get a personal paypal as that requires the least amount of verification. Or ask your parents to make you a business paypal where you can name it something like "Ajl MCM Consulting"

If you plan to run a server, and presumably use Tebex, you can sue either a personal paypal or a business paypal.

As to what "most servers do", most successful servers are run by those of whom are over 18 and can create a verified paypal. I will say that it is very hard to sell digital products if you aren't using 100% real information and verifying your account.

You can setup as many paypal accounts as you want, though if one of them is limited then the others will likely be that way aswell, unless you know what you're doing with 99% of people do not.

Yes. To initially operate the paypal account without any limitations, security reviews, etc, you will need to do the following:

• Make the account as a sole proprietorship, do not put any company suffix such as LLC, INC, etc
• Have your parents provide their full SSN
• Have your parents register for an EIN which you can do here (This makes your business look legitimate, unless your server makes substantial revenue that needs to be reported you wont actually need to use it.)
• Choose on browser, on one computer, do not log into any other paypal account on that browser. Do not log into that paypal account on any other browser unless you've never logged into another papypal account on that browser.
• Make sure you use an address you've lived at for 6 months.
• Make sure you use only the information of one primary account holder that is over 18.

Eventually you will likely need to provide:

• A photo ID
• Proof of adress
• Proof of DOB (possibly)
• You may need to legally register at some point if you make enough money
• Proof of EIN
• Proof of SSN

Technically you could use your parents PayPal to do such a thing but in the long run it’s honestly not worth it. If you get your parents PayPal account I can’t imagine they’ll be too happy about that.
