I know how to build PCs, etc but what I want advice on is this should I use some of these older PC towers I have laying around for a start and buy parts to put in them cause one is a HP Pavilion Slimline Series and other one is HP Compaq Microtower or should I go all out and get a new tower w/ parts.
I have a budget of about of up to $400 maybe a little more but the less the better. I just want to be able to run and stream some Minecraft, play some League maybe PubG maybe some CSGO but a possibility of other games not sure on games but for sure MC and League. I do want to get a new Monitor that is 1080p as well since I am using down right the worst setup right now other then keyboard and mouse which I can handle. Also so help on building a PC part list would help, I am from the US so keep that in mind for anyone from UK or elsewhere wanting to help.
