Hello, after read the resource rules, I have one question.

I need to upload a entire world which size is 488 MB, this exceed the limit of supreme rank also. So, if I upload in the resource download a .txt which contains a mediafire link to download it, it is legal?

We don't allow this, no. Any resources you submit must follow the relevant rule quoted below.
6.2 Do not attempt to distribute services, external links, or ads via resources. Your download must contain the product.

You'll either need to reduce the file size to the required size, or alternatively, sell the world via a standard marketplace thread (most likely in Premade Builds).

Slightly related to this thread, is there any way to get a higher resource upload limit apart from the default Premium file size limit. Asking for another resource creator.
Premium members can upload up to 87Mb. The Supreme upgrade can then be purchased to up that limit to 200MB.

We don't allow any resource files greater than 200MB, primarily as this is a hard limit set by the CloudFlare package.

hCaptcha + this = Cloudflare bad
Well, there were solid reasons for them to switch over to hCaptcha, primarily the privacy concerns with reCaptcha as well as the decision Google made to start charging for the service. Though, the execution of the switch certainly wasn't ideal.

Regardless, we would have to set some sort of file size limit if Cloudflare wasn't in use. Personally, I feel 200MB is very reasonable. Any bigger and it would probably put a strain on server storage, not to mention making resource moderation even more tedious.

Im pretty sure you can sell 200mb of this world and make the remaining 288MB free in dependencies vai .txt link.

So even if they download the 288mb it will look trash without the remaining 200mb

Harry This is allowed correct ?

Technically, yes, as Justis explained but I find that much more work than simply selling via a marketplace thread. Since you'd have to work out which region file corresponds to what parts of the map etc.

Anyway, the additional 288MB would still need to be listed on the dependencies tab and be publicly accessible/free to download for anyone which many people aren't comfortable with. For the purpose of the OP's question, they can't simply upload the world file to Mediafire and put the link within a text file of the resource.

I think it's much easier to let people autobuy from the resource section, compared to having to login and carry out a transaction manually via PMs. Isn't the whole purpose of the resource section for convenience and to ensure people aren't selling anything malicious?
If Alejandro12120 doesn't want to split .zips (I know I wouldn't, it would create a lot of problems/confusion for people buying the product), his next best option is creating a thread with a link to a Shoppy.gg page/external download, but then what's the purpose of the resource section if he's forced to manage a thread here and Shoppy page (less convenient) and resource moderators have no control over (verification/authenticity)?

As for storage, I don't think a 488MB file is unreasonable, considering most resources won't ever be that large. On AWS S3, it's ~$0.02/GB. MCM sells $1000+ worth of ad banners/stickies per week. If you're worried about it being abused, there can always be a manual approval process for users wanting to upload larger resources.

It is indeed meant to act as a convenience tool, but that doesn't mean all products are suitable for the section. We reject resources all the time for various reasons such as not meeting our quality expectations, the resource being a bundle of the author's other resources, or in this case when the author isn't even able to upload the resource due to its size.

Even if the decision was made that the file size limit should be increased, we'd have to ditch Cloudflare or upgrade to their Enterprise-grade plan. Neither of which are suitable options currently.

I can't see this being the best example as MCM no longer uses AWS, but ReliableSite, so storage scalability solutions such as S3 aren't exactly easily accessible to us. Though, I don't have in-depth knowledge of MCM's infrastructure so that would be a consideration for Jayson/the rest of administration to make.
