[Question] Advertising servers in this forum.

Hey, I have recently seen users on this forum using this advertising section to advertise their server. Is this allowed? I was thinking about doing this then thought about it for a bit and decided not to as this seems like a place to just advertise your business / ventures in which you help advertise servers like hiring youtubers etc but I'm not sure.

TL;DR - Are you allowed to advertise your server in this section?
