Well, I currently have pterodactyl installed and I'm currently needing to upload each file 1 at a time from my localhost server to my pterodactyl server. Is it possible to do a mass upload where I can just put in all the servers files or will I need to continue doing 1 by 1?

In Pterodactyl go to Configuration > SFTP Settings you can set an SFTP password, and login with an FTP client such as FileZilla. You can then drag and drop entire directories into the FTP client, and they will be uploaded to the server.

Or you can zip the files, upload them the way you are doing, then extract the zip file via pterodactyl's file manager. But the first option would be better.
