Question mark rating, a new rating like "funny" that wont affect your ratings.

It would just promote people to post stupid stuff that has no value. It would take the already not-needed "funny" comments and turn them into illegible spam all over the forums. Also, I've never felt the need to have a rating for that situation, the best option is "reply."

I do alot there alot of people out there that can't format sentences right and then I always think "Hey! there should be a "?" rating", but it looks like this wont be implemented anyway sooo...

I think we have enough ratings, personally. Come to think of it, let me know when someone suggests removing a rating.
