For years i've been pretty much banking off Bitcoin and selling accounts that I never had the need to actually work a job. I have no real employment experience and just applied to Arby's and probably going to go in for an interview sometime within the next week or two. I might be over thinking it because I have no experience in the fast food field and there's certain questions I don't know how to answer and was maybe wondering if someone experienced could tell me their story and how it was. Some questions I have are how do you answer things like "Tell us about yourself" like do I go on about my personal life or about work experience I don't how outside the internet, and "Why do you want to work for us?" like of course for money but how do you even answer that professionally?

Tell us about yourself really suggests that they want to know more about you, hobbies, what you do in your spare time, what excites you etc, be sure to include skills and hobbies that suggest you're a hardworking individual.

Why do you want to work for us I would answer this in a way that makes it look like you've done some research into the company:
"I would like to work for X because the workplace seems very warm and welcoming. The fast paced working environment is another aspect that excites me about the role, since there is always a job to complete."

IF the role has some external opportunities, I know McDonalds in the UK has some really cool activities like a monthly football game, they're very flexible if you're a student etc. So mentioning something that suggests you've done some research like I said is a golden ticket for this question.

tell us about yourself just means what experience you have, if you're in school, that kind of thing, not really personal life stuff. if they ask why you want to work for them you can just say you want to gain experience in the customer service/fast food industry. anytime before i have an interview i just google the place's name and interview questions. people on glassdoor post about their interview experiences a lot, so that might be a good place to check!

My experience at McDonalds: I started working at 16, I worked there for about 6 months. They only assigned me on weekends, which was fine. The teenagers were fun to work with, we always got the job done. The managers were absolutely horrible. They would stand around and nod at you. They would yell at you if you made one mistake, but they didn't teach you how to do it right. Nevertheless, I am grateful to fate for this experience, you should definitely try it. Also, when you work in food service, you become a kinder person))

Did you have to memorize all the different menu items and ingredients on it?

I worked as a cashier at a McDonalds near me for around 4 months, experience wasn't bad what so ever, just beware of the rowdy customers when something isn't right about their order.
