I had recently purchased LTC from a user I wont name at this point in time, and something just didn't sit right with me after it.
So the situation was that I was to pay $37 for 0.11 LTC, and this was agreed explicitly through the PM. The real situation was that I received 0.106846, meaning that I was shorted 0.003154 (Around $1 or something).
I want to make it extremely clear this isn't about the amount of LTC I was shorted, but the principle of the whole thing.
In case you're jumping to the obvious conclusion that it is probably just fees, and next time I should be way more specific about who is paying fees (despite the natural assumption that paying a premium already, and saying 0.11 for $37 suggests I would receive 0.11 at the end), I checked the transaction and the fees for the entire transaction didn't even total the amount, with the fees really coming to 0.001892 LTC, and this was a transaction that was part of 51 other outputs as seen here.
The amount I received plus the fees on the transaction did not total 0.11 LTC

So, ignoring the fact it's such a small amount, do you think something like this amounts to a scam that the user expected to get away with since the amount lost was so small that no one would reasonably chase them up on this? Since this is something that I look at in percentages, it was the equivalent to a 3% price increase on top of the 8% premium already (at the time of purchase).
