It is possible but I don't know how much I would charge honestly.
I was also wondering if you put 'media wikia' on it, would it need something else then CPanel?
And if you put the advanced ban interface on it,would it need something else than Cpanel?

I believe it's possible as none of the ports used by both solutions overlap but I haven't actually tried it before, so cannot confirm.
You'll need to purchase a cPanel dedicated server licence but other than that, you should be able to follow both installation guides. I would try starting off with cPanel first, followed by Pterodactyl.
I would say 1337 would know the answer for definite, and a price if you're looking for some trusted to do it.

It is highly unadvisable.
cPanel should always be installed seperately on its own. The server it is installed on should never be used for anything else, as cPanel modifies and takes over many system functions.
You should have two separate servers for cPanel and Pterodactyl.
