Should people really rep for toxicness i have toxic reps and it literally gets in the way of my business, people shouldn't be allowed to rep for toxicity as reputation is built on business reasons not toxicity lmfao

This isn’t only a business. It’s also a community. And I think that buyers don’t want to buy from people that were toxic in the past or now. Just be nice. You have this in your own hands

Yeah but if you can’t reputate for toxicness, where will this market go then? You shouldn’t be toxic to others if you want to run a professional business.

In real life, if you went to a store, and asked to price match something, and the cashier said "Go fk yourself lmao, you honestly make me laugh", would you not be offended? It's the same on MCM. If someone goes on a selling thread of yours, and says it's overpriced (or some other similar situation), and you respond with something toxic, it tarnishes your reputation.

It depends on how people try to interpret toxicity. If someone were to negatively rep someone for having an opinion they don't agree with and calling it toxicity then I'd say they shouldn't be allowed to do this and I would immediately dispute it. Now if someone is genuinely all around acting toxic towards users and something they are doing is in some way causing issues then it's a problem and negative reputation can be administered.
