Questions about factions server

Hey! I'm looking to create a factions server, I don't have much experience with plugin configurations etc, so i'd like to either buy a set up or buy an established server. I'm willing to put in about $200 to the server to get it started up. I used to run a small factions server with a small player base and it actually did pretty well, but that was a few years back. Anyways what do you guys suggest I do, i'm willing to put in the work I just need to know how to start.

Unless your server is something unique then the chances of it becoming successful are pretty low. There are too many servers out there for you to make an ordinary factions server so if I was you bring on a few developers and create something different
