Hey, I'm currently looking into buying a dedi from sys but I'm wondering how big the difference between France and Canada is Because I know most people use Canada so the us doesn’t have a bad ping.


So, ATM either i go for a 16gig dedi from sys from France

or a 16gig game dedi from Canada

Going for US, Europe won't have perfect ping. Going for Europe, the US won't have perfect ping. It's hard to decide on a location. What do you plan on hosting? How many servers & how much ram? We don't use OVH, but I believe that their Game Series are provided with better default protection.

I'd recommend not hosting a website on the same server as the actual Minecraft server. If I were you I'd look into getting the server from a Minecraft host, and checking out the Black Friday deals on Lowendbox for cheap VPS offers that you could use to host the Forums & Teamspeak. Probably would end up being cheaper as well.

Aint Well the problem is im not sure what host to go with + its often wayy more expensive.
I often end up with a bad host + you cant really choose locations when you purchase at alot of hosts
