If I would give you any suggestion I would say find a diverse place, that isnt a big city. People tend to be very accepting.

Who knows, I’m not saying just Beverly Hills is expensive, but all of SoCal. I live 30 Min away from LA. In my city, min. wage is $11.50/hour and for something like a 2 bedroom apartment you’d be paying minimum of $1,500 a month.

Another example, a one story house on my street that is by no means a really really nice house recently sold for $600,000
