pros to renting:
- you dont deal with issues with the property, like a broken appliance that came with the house. landlord will deal with that.
- no big commitment unless you're in a year or two agreement.

pros to buying:
- your house
- you arent spending money every month unless you finance the house (which if you're staying in the US permanently, will end up being better in the long run than renting.

cons to renting:
- you will pay money every month for the rest of your life
- can be very expensive in the long run
- you dont own it

cons to owning a house:
- you have to fix the property if anything happens
- pay more upfront

Suburbs are where it's largely residential and there's no skyscrapers or tall towers. Everything is spread out as opposed to a city where everything is squeezed together. It's way quieter and typically better to live in but it's inconvenient due to everything to being more spread out than it would be in the city.

Wym only Six Flags, NJ has Wawa, you can pick up meals, AGC, etc on the go for cheap. They even deliver now. It's a go-to. I'm talking about South jersey, near philly. Ex: Cinnaminson, Delran, Riverside

Those are by far tge most oppressed people in the USS, ill give you a description.

1.Black: Will get arrested for dumb things (a surprisin 6/10 of black men will go to jail, for mist of them or for dumb offense). Also a disadvantage in court, most lives in low class neighborhoods

2.Islamic: You will be insa ely surprised by hiw many people want them out of the country (I honeslty dont care)

3.Asians: Will most likely be doomed to work a hard job for a low pay

4.Hispanic: Will be doomed to what blacks are doomed to

The people with privilege and power (im just gonna say it out loud. Its white people) have a hard time saying that they have more rights and privilege than everyone else, and watching them act clueless is honestly cringe. Dont get me wrong alot of them will probs never bring up race, but trust me, they think it.

I know you're ban evading, but too clear things up:

1). Black - they don't get arrested for dumb things because cops can't arrest for dumb things. I've watched plenty of documentaries and saw mostly blacks in prison for rape, murder, drugs, gang violence, etc... So don't feed me this bull-crap.

2). Islamic - over in my state we have tons of islams and they are living just fine w/ enough income to live and have a decent house?

3). Asians - the last Asian I knew was in college when he was 15...

4). Hispanic - as long as they legally get in and can at least speak some English mostly everyone is fine.
