Hello and good afternoon.
I'm starting a network and was looking into the EULA and the best ways to prevent being p2w.
I can't seem to discover anything that gives specific definitions or examples of what you may and cannot do.
Could I offer ranks that grant early access to the server? Cosmetics? Loot chests? Additional game modes?

Could someone please explain what I can and cannot do? It would be greatly appreciated.

Is it possible to sell ranks that also give access to an early release?

Yep,
Think of it simply like this:
As long as it doesn't make the player "stronger" , "better" with their purchase, it's ok. For example, If I spend 10000 I would technically be the same as a normal player except I'll have some perks like cosmetics, Etc..

Early Access doesn't necessarily make me stronger/better in the game, but selling a GOD SWORD would be a violation.

Doesn't early access make the player stronger? That's the same as giving an athlete a headstart if they pay..

Well, 1. People usually reset the server after Alpha & Beta testing. 2. I wouldn't say so necessarily.. It's like if you had the opportunity to train for a race 1 year prior to the race rather than 3 months prior, obviously the person who trained 1 year prior would have a better chance to win the race but it doesn't necessarily give them any advantages in the actual race (all start at the start of the race).

I don't claim to be an expert though, just my thoughts and I know a lot of decently sized servers who've sold Whitelist passes so..
