quetion for mc server hosting companies

Hello, I was just wondering what is needed to be sponsored by a hosting company. I am NOT looking to get a sponsorship myself, it's just that I am curious about what the requirements are. My friend just got sponsored which is pretty cool. He is a pretty big youtuber, but I am curious to know in what other ways you can get sponsorships. Yet again, not looking for one, just wondering.

Why is MCProHosting bad? Why is MPServ good? Just wondering, probably deciding on a new host myself.

MCPH IS WAY TOO OVERPRICED

Not that I'm biased or anything, but MCPH uses quite decent processors, much better than the Nehalem-era processors that are in use by a disturbing majority of the industry. $10/GB is the box price, but you can easily find promo codes for upwards of 40% off with minimal effort
