DeluxeQueues is a good choice that's widely used.

Well, you don't have to completely switch your infrastructure for this. Redis can be installed just like MySQL and it uses a different port. You only have to set it up with a username and password so the plugin can connect to the Redis database.

It’s not recommended to run with one proxy. That’s why I am hesitant to switch
