I have a few plugins on my server which are custom. Is there a way to check if the plugins are backdoored? I don’t have the source code.

Just decompile them, Google JDGUI or Luyten. Once downloaded just drag the jars inside the window that opens when you open those above.

Download a java decompiler and simply drag the jar file inside that program, it'll show all of the packages, classes etc.

There isn't a fast way. Only thing you can do is check the decompiled source.
