Quick domain help

Hello all,

I have a domain, and I just need help directing it to both my website AND my server.
Those domains are obviously examples, but also the server part, only works if I add a port on the end of the domain?

(server = play.adfiaifn.com)
(website = sdnfdugdndco.com)
