Hi, I need a quick fork of this done and compiled into a plugin (.jar):

Compiled against 1.8.8 if possible!
what needs to be done:
Change the plugin from being on spawners to hoppers.
From "ChunkSpawnerLimit" to "ChunkHopperLimit"
The plugin needs to create a limit per chunk for hoppers, and also instead of the command being /spawnerdelete it would be /hopperdelete which removes excess hoppers that are going over the limit set in config. The code for this is provided above just that it does this for spawners instead of hoppers which is what I am requesting.
I will be more than happy to pay for this as I don't currently have the programs on my computer to do this job myself, but please don't overcharge me!
