Quick easy plugin. fix sponges for factions

Hey so i need a quick plugin asap and will pay. Its an easy plugin for you devs to make. I need it so Sponges wont take water or lava away when placed down in any faction territory unless your in it because rn people are abusing the sponge glitch where it places it but dissapears but still registers and takes the water away or lava. Please help.
