Hi there,

Your user or forum node permissions are blocking users from being able to post threads.
To check which ones, log into your admin panel and click "Users" > "Group Permissions". Make sure the correct user groups have the ability to make a thread.
If this is not the issue, then try checking your forum node permissions. Go to the "Node Tree" and click on "Permissions" next to the node that is giving you an issue. Make sure permission is enabled for users to be able to most there without it being approved.
