Quick question regarding Minecraft accounts

Hey I am looking for accounts to buy and all of them say:
Yes/no Transaction ID
And migrated account what dose this mean and also should I buy from them if they don't have some of these stuff?

Transaction ID = Generated when you purchase a Minecraft account from Minecraft.net and is used to prove you are the original owner when contacting Mojang for support and can be used to recover their account. Note: They have stepped up their security and now often ask for additional info like creation date, location etc

Migrated date: If applicable, when the account went from user: pass to email: pass, how Mojang accounts are. It’s not really important anymore, it did have a use in 2016 though, which is when it was added.
