Hi, everyone just wanted to know can you use a logo for a server that has been abandoned for 1 year no one has the Domain and the logo is laying around?

Assuming the original owner of that domain no longer owns the domain that had rights to the logo, then I would personally say yes. All rights are granted under ownership of the domain, which when attained allows you to rightfully own the logo as well.

No one owns the domain I could go to godaddy and get it now but can I use the logo?
