Quick question

So I have a quick question and I thought someone here might know the answer. So I've had an MCM account before however I disabled that one and now later made a new one because I can't remember the details to the old one. Is that allowed or no?

1.4 Do not create multiple accounts. Each member is allowed one personal and one business account.

I don't think you are allowed to have multiple accounts. Maybe if you can get them to delete your old account you can keep using the new one.
