[QUICK SELL] SELLING UPCOMING PRISON SERVER MAJOR POTENTIAL

Hello MC-Market, today I'm here to sell ArathiaMC
The reason I am selling this is simply due to lack of funding for the project. I am currently in the mids of taking my drivers license and with lessons costing at around 100€ per lesson I no longer can afford to work on this project.

Server Sale Includes The Following:

• Prison Setup which includes a few custom plugins.
• Lifesteal / Survival setup
• ArathiaMC.org domain
• Custom Xenforo design, made by benjdzns.
• Custom Tebex store design made by benjdzns.
• Discord server with ~45 members
• Logo (GFX)

Server never made it to the advertising stage due to lack of funding. Server itself is ready to go.

Monthly Expenses:

• Server Hosting (I reccomend Hetzner) 45$
• Tebex Store 15$

● BID: $40
● BID INCREASEMENT: 10$
● BIN: $300 (just a number and includes the transfer of my xenforo license)

[EDIT] Will also like to add I will sell this for the highest bid. The 700$ is just a number which is negotiable. It's evaluated at 700€ due to the costs of prison files, lifesteal files, xenforo & store design.

As much as I know xenforo is expensive, a bid of $200 and a bin of $700 for an unreleased server with a small discord, generic name and domain, and a few custom plugins is pushing it heavily. I would look at marking this up for $200 BIN and $40 starting bid as I don't find the price reasonable. That being said, good luck with selling!

I get that the 700€ was steep. however I do think around the 200-300 mark is resonable.
