Heya! I recently started up a server called CrystalFun which released sometime in August. On release we peaked 47 players and ended up averaging around 10-20 for a good bit.
Unfortunately the next day we decided to be stupid and close the server for a week to fix everything that was wrong with the server, ending up with a not so good rerelease as we ended up running out of time.

Full server setup (Proxy, lobby, survival)
Custom spawn + lobby
Discord with 600+ members and 20+ boosts for another month for lvl 3, guild tag & fancy roles. Still a bit active when it comes to announcements meaning you'd get some players on release
