Quickselling bitcoin please

i want to quick sell some btc for $1 more so i can pay for my server

the issue is that i dont know how much the person will get because of network fees because it says network fee £2.43 and the total £5.29 im not sure how much you would get but im looking for $4 please paypal only and due to this being bitcoin im not going first
