Quinncraft Need Two Owners - Need Partners

Who am I:
Hi there, my name is Charlie or iLogicall, I am 17 and an IT apprentice for a big IT firm here in the UK. I earn a decent amount a month and love to manage projects and today I come to you with a proposition.

My idea:
I have an idea for a server that is very unique, I have searched everywhere and have not found a server like this yet.
Here is a rough explanation to what the server is/will be:

Server idea:
Factions/Prison RPG

You start of at level 1 and can buy a chicken spawner, you then have to grind xp in order to get enough xp to rank up to level 2. To rankup you must do /rankup, when you do this you will teleport to a dungeon with a boss which you need to defeat in order to rankup, if you lose then your xp gets chopped in half. If you win, you get to rank up, keep your xp and there are crates that will drop when defeated which you can gain ranks/keys/money etc out of. The higher you rank up the better spawners you unlock, more power you get, better mines, more hourly pay, better crates etc. There are many ranks, rewards and bosses that will all be custom. They will get stronger and harder and it will take longer to level up.

I have all the information about the server on a google docs but will only give that to the serious partners.

Why I need a partner and what they need to offer:
I need partners for this project due to the fact that it's going to be a lot of work and cost a lot of money. I already have a development team who will develop the plugin in around 3 weeks, they will also setup the server etc, I have bought a logo and a domain. I am willing to invest a lot of my money(around $500) and time but need a partner who is going to do the same and not screw me over. You need to invest around $500 for advertisement and xenforo license. They also need to be over the age of 16, have a working microphone, be able to be on daily and professional.

I feel this can be a huge success and gain big attraction.
