Fiona is pretty trash to be honest, with all it's false checks for like wall climbing.
You could ask the developer funkemunky, if you wanted it like it as he developed it, but for a custom decent one it is 200-300+, but if you want a good custom anti-cheat that big servers use you are looking at about a grand or more depending on how well each individual check is for the hacks.

A quality, exclusive anti-cheat can easily cost $1,000 though that price seems to be dropping over the last 2 years it seems. If you do follow through with getting a custom anti-cheat, just make sure that the developer is dedicated towards your project rather than being easily distracted and unresponsive. Do your research before doing anything.

Personally I’d charge around £1.2k depending on what you’re wanting to catch.
