Hey MCM,
As the name suggests, I was wondering how much it would cost for a build team to make a 2000 by 2000 block modern city. This comprised of predominately light-coloured blocks. This would include all buildings and structures being filled accurately. This includes hotels, workplaces, houses, etc. As well as that, could there be a replica of that city but it's comprised of predominately darker blocks and it also is being very dirty, contain blown up buildings, essentially massive amounts of crime, terrorism and stuff came with no consequences and nothing has sorted the upkeep of the town.
This is purely hypothetical unless I somehow win the lottery or some crap like that so don't be like 'You couldn't afford it' or stuff.

It would be realistic, on 1,5:1 scale. It can be based off a city or country style.

I am sure that decent build teams are able to build realistic cities. If you want a good looking city then you'll have to pay for it.
