Hello,
I am not sure what this would require and I am hoping the community could let me know what kind of budget this would require. What kind of timeline would this require? I am currently just looking for information.

I am building a server network that supports multiple games. Initially it will be a bungee mc network and a 7d2d server. I am looking to add more games in the future, so being able to have more integrations easily added would be amazing.

Most of the ranks are vote based, so I would need some ranks to be synced from the game to the discord server
Our donation ranks are discord based, so they would need to be synced from discord to the game server.

I would also love the ability to sync all of the chats & console logs between the game and corresponding discord channels.

Using Discord's OAuth2 API this is straight forward. A timeline of a day or two and $30-$50 would set you up well.

Syncing the chat + the console, + using console commands from the discord channel is possible and a straightforward with a simple plugin, this would be 5$, or you can set it up your self, and about syncing donor with a role inside the server is kinda needs a dev so thats 20, 30$, voting webhook is ez but needs some programimg so thats 5$ as well, about the timeline, this could take 1 day up to a week, and all the noted above would cost 45$ in total, or maybe lower,

As a syncing console logs + chat, i can do it for free *minecraft server only*, and voting webhook is possible as well.

Depends really per developer normally for the logging system I would charge around 2$ + 0.25 cent per log. For the sync system I don't really understand what you would like it to be but if you mean /sync in game to sync someone their mc account to discord to give ranks or something. I would charge around 7.50 to 10$
