Hi!

I'm looking for a quote on a website where I can push records to a specified MySQL database. It'll have a basic design, like nothing special at all.

I'd like quotes for the following;

1. Insert into a specified table on specified database. Basically just 5 fields with a button at the bottom saying "Add" to push to the table. Basic login system for me to ensure only I have access

2. Contents from #1 as well as a way to select a specific row by search and edit one or more fields

3. Contents from #1 & #2, with a page that shows all current rows with a button beside each one with "Suspend", which will simply trigger the "Status" field to change from "active" to "suspended"

I won't be adding you on Discord, I want the quotes on this thread.

Hey, I can do this for $75, it'd take about 3 hours to do it my way but this quote may change depending on how you wanted to implement your authentication system and such.
