Quote on a Factions Plugin

I was looking for a quote on a factions addon. I am looking for someone to develop a Factions rankup system in which players complete quests and events to gain some kind of currency that can use to level up or purchase upgrades.

Some of the things I'm looking for,

Required -

+ FactionsUUID Support
+ Mobdrop changes (Bonus drops when upgrading)
+ EXP, and MCMMO bonuses
+ Potion effects in claimed land
+ Land Bonuses (Extra power based on level)

Additional Stuff (Not Required) -

+ Subside Koth Support for rewards
+ Some kind of event.

Ideal Levels -

Spoiler: Levels

1. Player Limit +5.
2. Power Increase +20.
3. 2x EXP in claimed land.
4. Speed Effect in claimed Land.
5. Factions Claim limit +40.
6. 2x Drops in claimed land.
7. Regen Effect in Claimed Land.
