Quote on OP Prison pack w/ custom plugins.

Hello, I am looking for a quote on an OP Prison setup that includes; The main setup, art, builds, custom plugins, website, buycraft etc.
Please supply a portfolio aswell.
I will soon be getting a lot of money and whoever gives a good price and portfolio with it will get the commission.

Please do not come to me saying that you will do the art, but not anything else. I would want a team of multiple people I guess.

Anyways, for the details.
I do not want any sort of essentials plugins. There must be separate plugins. If possible, I’d like a custom plugin of all commands put together.

There must be a cool tab bar, cool scoreboard (with feather board).

The colour theme for the server is red and white. (Name of the server will be released if you get chosen for this).

Must be A-Z mines, along with 5 other mines, and then 5 donator mines. Also there must be a mineparty and dropparty place.

I want the spawn to be 125x125 but then with mines A-D on each side. Futuristic/Fantasy theme.

Art should just be a hand drawn clean ass thing.

There will be 5 crates.

I will go into what donor ranks permissions needs to be. The default rank shouldn’t have too many commands. Just the basics. Fly can be bought on the store and in crates.

Must have a custom prison plugin.

I feel like that is all the detail needed for now.
