Quote regarding Discord Bot

Hello Dev Community,

If possible (not interested in buying just out of curiousity and workload) I would only like a quote on a Discord Bot with following features:

It will hand out ranks from a Website -> Discord:

- Obviously it will have to hookup into the database of the website to check for the users rank.
- The user should be able to press a button and request a token for the discord bot
- The token should have following details:

1. Unique Token (never have the same token as another user)
2. One time use only. The user should not be able to redeem it infinite times.
(3. Bound to the forum user. Discord bot would have to verify that the discord user is the same user as on the forum)
Regarding the last detail: not necessary to have as it probably would be hard to implement a check or costly.

Need more info before giving a quote. What kind of website? A prebuilt one like XenForo, MyBB, Nameless, etc, or a custom made one? If it's a custom made one, what database is it using?
