IMO it isn't the best, would like the pic when loading to be replaced with the server's logo and textures to be remade for some of the blocks etc. If you can do this please contact me on Discord and give me a quote on how much you'd charge. Thanks!
I believe there is software out there that automatically converts old texture packs to new resource packs. Just google it.
