What is our playerbase?

We currently don't really have a playerbase. We have had 100+ people join, but that's because we only opened with skyblock and creative (which don't really draw in players). We have other servers that are ready to be opened, but we don't have the money to continue to make anything happen. All of our servers are very unique, and well put together however. With the right ownership, I see this network going very far.

For all of our servers, the paypal, the website, the art, the buycraft (Needs to be renewed), minecraft market (has infinite time left, but I wouldn't recommend using it), and all of the extra mines from prison, and the servers. This will also give ownership of the 5+ custom plugins we have on our network.

You made them for the server as an owner, there was no agreement when you made them, they were just part of the server. When you quit, you even said I could have the builds. Either way, I'm not feeding off of your builds, I'm just trying to sell the servers as there's no point in letting nice things go to waste.

I would say since Kylew is the owner of the builds, he has the say-so of who can use them and for what purpose.

If he built them for the server he no longer owns them or the rights to them also, according to the minecraft Eula no build can be made private or be copyrighted so it doesn't even matter.
