Radio

Hello,
Before you say this was suggested before. First, it was a very old post. Second, it was never answered it was just moved. Third, mc-market has a new owner.

What is my suggestion?
I think Mc-Market should add a radio so people can listen to some music while making things for a user or even while they are in the chat. Also, this might get people to know each other.

What kind of music should be played?
I personally don't think Minecraft songs should be played because most of them are shit. I say it should be English songs are this forum is mainly spoken in English.

Who would go on the radio?
There should be one person that is head-radio and then there would be a place where you can apply for it and then the head radio person would choose if you should be accepted and then he/she would do a trail with the person.

This would be as much of a fad as plug.dj itself.
A bunch of people would probably use it at first, rage that they have to wait so long for something THEY actually like to listen to to get played; then eventually everyone would just resort to youtube or their private playlists again, because while it might be cool to hear what other people like, it's nothing you'd want to use every day, and what you'd use every day are the sort of things we should be implementing.

For our type of forum especially, this would almost certainly end up being a dead feature within a month after introduction.

Additionally, I'd rather not see a bunch of our members fighting over who gets to be the 'lead dj guy". X/

- Licenses to play music are expensive.
- Radio presenters need to be found which don't have a squeaky voice(without you might as well just open up spotify or YouTube).
- MCM is already struggling to keep a website online, let alone a radio server and managing all the technical stuff around it which is not as easy as it sounds
- It'll die within a month
